One of the big gaps in modern scientific research is that there are currently no published predictive models that provide a logical mathematical pathway between the activities of the neurons in the brain and human intelligent behaviour. This blog proposes such a pathway as a result of a re-assessment of an early experimental computer language called CODIL which never became commercially successful.
